This page sets out what each service includes, how much time it covers, and what it costs. Knowing exactly what you’re getting means no surprises for either of us.

Consultation Credit: the consultation is a service with its own fee. When you book staging, that fee comes off your staging package.
Listing-Ready Consultation
The consultation is an in-person visit of up to 2 hours. Pricing is based on the size and type of your home.

Prices are plus HST.
How the visit works:
- Meet and greet (10 minutes). We sit down together and you tell me about your move, your timeline and your goals.
- Your tour. You walk me through your home and tell me about each room.
- My review. I walk through on my own, looking at every room the way a buyer will.
- Recommendations. We gather and I take you through my recommendations, room by room. You’re welcome to take notes.
Prefer it in writing? Add the Homeowner Action Plan and I’ll email you a room-by-room plan.
Homeowner Action Plan
Your Homeowner Action Plan is emailed to you within 5 business days of the visit. It’s your room-by-room guide to getting your home market-ready.
It includes:
- Recommendations for each room: what to keep, move, store, repair or refresh
- Furniture layout suggestions
- Paint, lighting and accessory recommendations
- A priority list, so you know what matters most before photos

Follow-up included
Every consultation includes one follow-up within 14 days of the visit. Choose one:
- One 20-minute phone call, booked at a time that works for both of us, or
- One email with your questions, which I’ll answer in a single reply
Tip: keep a running list of questions as you work through your plan, then send them all at once. You’ll get the most out of your follow-up that way.
After your follow-up, or after 14 days, further advice is billed as additional consulting time (see below). I’ll always let you know before any extra time is billed.
Staging
Every home is quoted individually. Vacant staging quotes are free: I visit to measure and photograph, then send your quote. Design advice is part of the Listing-Ready Consultation. Prices are plus HST.

Vacant staging includes:
- Site visit, measurements and photos
- A design plan for your property
- Furniture, art and décor from my collection
- Delivery, installation and styling
- Pickup at the end of your staging term
Accessory package
The accessory package is a 30-day rental of art, pillows, throws, lamps, plants and décor from my own collection, styled in your home for photos and showings. It is quoted after the consultation, once I’ve seen what your home needs.
Included:
- Selecting accessories to suit your home
- Delivery, styling and placement on install day
- Pickup at the end of the rental
After 30 days, the rental can be extended at the renewal rate in your agreement. On install day, all questions are welcome while I’m there. After that, the follow-up limits above apply.
Additional time
Consulting time beyond your included follow-up, such as extra calls, emails or visits, is $100 per hour, billed in 30-minute blocks.
Additional time is always agreed with you before it starts.
Booking and payment
Consultation Credit: your consultation fee comes off your staging package when you book staging with WeClick within 30 days of your visit.
- The consultation fee is due at the end of the visit, by e-transfer, cash or certified cheque
- The Homeowner Action Plan, if chosen, is paid at the visit and emailed within 5 business days
- Additional consulting time is invoiced and due on receipt
Rescheduling: please give at least 24 hours’ notice to change your appointment. Cancellations with less notice are charged the consultation fee.
Service area: Toronto and the GTA. A travel fee may apply outside the GTA.
